As humans we experience.

That is our whole purpose.

We experience a lot.

Challenges, beautiful moments, the highest mountains and the deepest lows.

Every individual experience teaches us something. That’s why we experience so much, that’s why it is our purpose.

It’s my gift to see the hidden layers in why things happen in our life.

The hidden gem, the biggest lesson. A different perspective, another lens.

Not by ignoring the human emotions that are there for a reason while facing the maybe even biggest challenge of your life, but by showing you there is more.

I want to show you there is magic in everything.

I want to show the world that there is so much magic in the ordinary.

Sometimes the story isn’t missing

You’re just sitting still, waiting for it to arrive

So I went outside

And somewhere between the rain, the leaves, a few very busy pigeons and a cup of coffee, I remembered

life moves when you move

And sometimes, when you take the first step, the story takes the next one for you

She looks down from high up on a cloud

Below her, the ocean stretches out endlessly

She is floating in the water now, her arms and hair gently dancing with the waves

There is something peaceful about her
Her face is soft
Her body completely surrendered to the rhythm of the sea

The ocean is calm and still around her
And for a moment, there is nowhere else she needs to be

Above her, the sunlight dances across the water
Thousands of tiny reflections flickering and sparkling around her

Then she feels it

A soft breeze moves across the surface
Almost like a whisper

Watch the magic unfold

She stays very still

And slowly, she begins to notice that the sparkles are moving

One by one, they gather around her
Drifting closer
Swirling through the water
Dancing around her body

She watches as they wrap themselves around her legs in a shimmering light

And then something begins to change

Her legs slowly merge together
The light grows brighter
And where her legs once were, a beautiful glistening mermaid tail appears

She looks down in wonder

Her face begins to glow with gold
Her hair transforms into a long braid, woven with colourful seashells
And when she opens her eyes, they carry all the colours of the sea

She smiles

Something in her knows this is not the end of the story

It is the beginning of a new one

She takes one last breath

And dives

Down beneath the surface
Into the unknown
Into a world she has never seen before

And somehow

she knows she is safe

It’s time to recalibrate the word imagination

Not as a way to explain away the things we don’t understand
but as a word that leaves room for what we haven’t learned to name yet ✨😏

Magic is hiding in plain sight…

in glitter dancing on my skin,
in sweet sips and sun-warmed air,
in purring hearts and feathers in bloom

Simply open your eyes 👀🧚🏼‍♀️✨

I didn’t expect an answer
But they sat down in front of me… and laughed

And somehow, they reminded me of everything I already knew 🧚🏼‍♀️🌧️✨
